1.清炒大豆苗

蟯蟲傳播有4種方式： 
1.自身感染：雌蟯蟲一般在夜間移行至肛門外產卵，因局部刺激而用手搔癢時蟲卵即粘附在手指及甲垢中，當患者以污染的手指拿食物或患兒吮吸手指時，可造成自身反復感染。 
2.接觸感染：被蟲卵污染的手還可污染玩具、文化用品和日常用品，這不僅使自身反復感染，而且還使他人因接觸而感染。 
3.吸入感染：散落在被褥、衣褲及床鋪上的蟲卵，可借用風力或掃地而隨著塵土飛揚於空氣之中，隨著人的呼吸進入口腔。 
4.逆行感染：蟯蟲卵在肛門周圍孵化出幼蟲，再鑽入肛門，逆行入腸內發育為成蟲並產卵。 

由上可知，蟯蟲的卵的確會隨風飛散，而離開人體的卵，是不會孵化的，只有進入人體內後才會孵化。而孵化後的存活，因為蟯蟲是居住在宿主的腸道中，所以存活率很高，宿主的免疫系統也對其沒有辦法。 
假如你晚上睡覺的時候常常覺得屁股養養的~那可能就是感染了蟯蟲~
